Jessie's Ride 2026 was a roaring success
21 Years Later, We Still Remember.
Thank you to everyone who participated and showed their support in remembrance of Jessica Lunsford's
story.
On August 8th, 2026 we had a fantastic turnout of bikers at Jessie's 21st Legacy Ride, starting at Winner's Circle and ending at Happy Days in Gastonia, NC. A huge thank you to our very own Road Captain, Rooster, for coordinating the ride route, and to all the team members who spread the word and made this moment possible. And of course a huge shout out to our wonderful hosts at Winner's Circle, 55 Country Store, Burnt Mill, Bears Den, and Happy Days!
Our goal was to keep Jessica's memory alive and let it be known that the community has not forgotten. Change has been made.

For those of you who have not heard Jessica's story before, she was a young nine year-old child who was abducted, sexually assaulted, and buried alive in garbage bags by convicted sex offender John Evander Couey. This year in 2026 marks the 21st year of remembrance of Jessica's plight and the movement it inspired to create what is now known as "Jessica's Law", a law that requires a minimum of 25 years to a maximum of life in prison for first-time child sex offenders. What began in Florida has now passed in nearly all states across the country.
